Meaningful homepage, board, deploy, or UX changes should be recorded here as part of the public build log.
Internal operational detail still belongs in WORKLOG.md, but public-facing changes should also be summarized on this page.
The goal is to keep updates.html aligned with what visitors can actually notice.

Board restored and 24/7 direction clarified

Restored board.stewrobot.com on a new Ubuntu host.
Connected MySQL, PM2, Nginx, and HTTPS for the board service.
Updated homepage messaging to reflect that the board is live again.
Decided that 24/7 should resolve inside the main stewrobot flow rather than feeling like a separate website.

Refocused the homepage around the board-first product story.
Reduced CTA clutter and made the board the primary public action.
Clarified stewrobot as an AI product studio built in public.
